Canada ⇄ United States
Every parcel crossing into the US now needs a customs entry. Including the small one.
The $800 de-minimis exemption ended on 29 August 2025. A $40 envelope now needs the same HS code, description and country of origin as a $2,000 monitor — and your consolidator asks you to supply all three. We generate them, price the duty before you ship, and buy the label. From a 200 g envelope to a 90 lb multi-box order to a pallet, in one place.

What the software does
An order arrives. A label comes out. Nobody retypes an address.
Every eligible carrier and service is priced on the landed total — postage, fuel, surcharges, duty and the customs entry — and you buy the one you want. The paperwork is generated, the tracking goes back to your store and to your customer under your name, and the carrier invoice is checked afterwards against the price we quoted you.

What you actually get
One shipment, and everything the border asked for.
The price you were quoted, the tracking number, both addresses, the parcel and its declared value, and every carrier scan as it happens — on one screen, without opening a carrier portal.

What this platform is built for
- 200 g → 68 kg
- quoted side by side in one place, parcel through freight
- Aug 2025
- when every US-bound parcel started needing a customs entry, whatever its value
- 3
- modes on every quote — parcel, multi-piece, LTL freight
- 0
- double charges — retries are safe by design, not by luck
Why it's ours and not theirs
Your brand on every page your customer sees.
White-label to the edges: your name on the tracking page, your colours in the delivery email, your company on the commercial invoice header. Bring your own negotiated carrier accounts and we never mark them up — that contract is yours, not ours. Use our pooled rates and you see the margin as its own line, never hidden inside the postage.
The mark on each one is the merchant’s. Ours appears on none of them.
The rest of it, in seven pages.
- Cross-borderSince August 2025 every parcel entering the United States needs a customs entry, whatever it is worth. This is the part we do for you.
- What you shipFrom a 200 g envelope to a 90 lb multi-box order to a pallet — what changes at each weight, and where we are honestly not the cheapest.
- FeaturesCustoms documents, rate shopping, batch import, tracking that reaches the buyer, voids, claims and invoice reconciliation.
- DevelopersA REST API built for the retry rather than the happy path: required idempotency keys, one error shape at every status, cursor paging, and an OpenAPI document generated from the code.
- CarriersShip on our pooled rates, or connect the carrier account you already negotiated. Both appear in the same quote.
- PricingA monthly fee for the software and a small, visible margin on postage. Nothing hidden inside the rate.
- ContactWe are looking for our first merchants shipping between Canada and the United States. Free while we are still building.
