Pricing

A monthly fee for the software. A small, visible margin on postage.

We do not pretend the software is free and quietly take it back in the rate. You pay a subscription for the platform, and on our pooled carrier accounts we add a stated margin — shown as its own line on every quote and every invoice. Bring your own negotiated carrier account and we add nothing to it at all, because that contract is yours.

Free while we build

US$0 /month

For our first handful of merchants, while the product is still being finished. You get a direct line to the people building it and a say in what gets built next; we get the shipping problems only a real warehouse produces.

  • Spreadsheet onboarding, no integration needed
  • Our carrier rates from day one
  • You talk to the people writing the code
  • Postage margin only — nothing monthly

StandardMost merchants

US$99 /month

For a seller shipping heavy goods every day, cross-border or not. Everything in the platform, with your store connected and customs handled.

  • Unlimited labels, every carrier and mode
  • Customs documents, HS codes, DDP or DDU
  • Store and marketplace connectors, plus the API
  • Bring your own carrier accounts — never marked up
  • Postage margin 3–5% on pooled rates, shown as a line

Insurance & claims

Per parcel

Optional, and worth it on a $1,299 monitor. Coverage is resold from the underwriter, and we file the carrier claim for you when something arrives broken.

  • Declared-value coverage per shipment
  • We file lost and damaged claims, you do not
  • Priced per parcel, never a monthly commitment
  • Available on any plan

These figures are not final. The shape follows the plan — the subscription is the dependable margin, the postage markup stays deliberately small so nobody defects to buying direct, and insurance stacks on top — but the numbers themselves are still being set.
